The Decision of Hubei Provincial People’s Government on the Results of the Review of Regulations as deliberated and adopted at the Executive Meeting of the Provincial People’s Government on January 25, 2019, is hereby promulgated for implementation.

Decision of Hubei Provincial People’s Government on the Results of the Review of Regulations

In order to implement the Notice of the Central Committee of CPC and the State Council on the Release of the Implementation Outline for Building a Law-based Government (2016-2020) and the Notice of the CPC Hubei Provincial Committee and Hubei Provincial People's Government on the Release of Implementation Measures for Building a Law-based Hubei Provincial People's Government (promulgated by E [2016] No. 37), comprehensively promote law-based administration of government, enhance the construction of law-based government, deepen the "reforms to delegate power, streamline administration and optimize government services", promote ecological conservation, optimize economic and social development environment, Hubei Provincial People's Government deliberated at its executive meeting on the results of the review of regulations by Hubei Provincial People's Government in force as of December 31, 2018 and the following decisions are made:
